What products are available?

The catalog includes hydration goods, meal-prep and storage products, lunch solutions, backpacks, bags, and practical accessories.

What shipping timing applies?

The purchase flow decides free-shipping qualification. Allow roughly 1–2 business days for handling and an estimated 3–5 business days for transit.

Can I return or exchange a non-defective item?

Contact us no later than 30 days after delivery to arrange a return by mail or exchange for preference or an ordering mistake. The non-defective product must stay new and unused, in original condition, with its packaging, tags, and accessories. A complimentary label comes in the package, and restocking costs are zero.

What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong, or incomplete?

For a broken, faulty, wrong, or incomplete delivery, share the order number, payment email, explanation, and supporting images or video of the goods and wrapping. An unauthorized parcel must not be mailed; an exchange is inventory-dependent.

When is an approved refund processed?

Within 10 days of approval, we process the refund toward the method originally used.

Which payment methods are supported?

Only methods rendered by the active checkout may be used. No specific card brand or wallet is currently returned as enabled, so none is claimed here.
